Job Description
Analyze credit data and financial statements of existing and potential customers from all available sources, prepare report for use in decision-making; advise and recommend changes to policy and procedure; evaluate customer records and recommend credit lines and payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity; collect, manage and provide resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts; interact with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable in reconciling accounts; review and evaluate customers' financial status to identify potential risk and select delinquent accounts for collection; research and file claims; exchange credit information with credit association and other business representatives.

Job Description
Directs and supervises performance of all applicable financial functions including cash management, general ledger, accounts payable, account receivable, revenue and expenses. Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings, based on past, present and expected operations. Prepare other reports that required by regulatory agencies. Advise management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax code revisions and arrange for audits of company accounts.

We are seeking a self starting sales person to report to the Director of Sales from our Headquarters in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in developing business with leading retailers and wholesalers in Office and CE products.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of Sales Reps.
- Achievements of sales targets.
- Execution of dealer programs and policies for all territory accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum BA or BS degree.
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and key dealers in CE and/or Office Product industry is a plus .
- Minimum of 3 years experience in direct or sales rep management .
- Travel required and estimated at 25+ percent.
› SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall assistance to the internal and external sales team.
- Responsible for order entry, processing, and follow up.
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to follow up on customer inquiries.
- Assist end users on warranty and product servicing issues.
- Act as a point of problem resolution to retail customers.
- Coordinate with sales managers, purchasing department, and customers to gather and analyze sales forecasts.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the factory.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business required.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (ability to create spreadsheets and utilize formulas required).
- Capable and experienced at managing high volume voice and email communications.
- Strong customer service skills; ability to respond in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
